Graševina 2014 (Ilok wine cellars), Gewurztraminer 2014 (Ilok wine cellars), Traminer ice vintage 2011 (Kutjevo), Ice Wine 2012 (Vina Đurinski) Pomet 2011 (Winery Crvik) and Vuglec – naturally sparkling wine in 2013 (Vuglec Breg ), champions of the 1st National Wine competition  “Vina Croatia ‘, which was initiated by the Wine Association of Croatian Chamber of Economy, with the aim of further promoting local wines, but also strengthen the competitiveness of products in the wine market.

The awards were presented at Esplanade Zagreb Hotel, within the International Wine and Culinary Festival of 10 ° Zagreb VINOcom.

Kutjevo Traminac ice vintage 2011 and Krauthaker’s Zelenac 2009 have won the title of big gold. Other wineries were awarded with 49 gold medals and 23 silver in seven categories.

The wines were judged by expert commissions, composed of ten foreign judges from Great Britain (MW), Netherlands, Hungary, Slovenia, Austria, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia and five domestic judges and were evaluated by a classical method; 100 points in accordance with the rules of organization of the International Organization of Wine and Wine (OIV) and L’Union Internationale des Oenologues (UIOE).
